Forklift AI Anti Collision System

Is based on its real working environment at a storage house,this core technology works in 3 level standards, while a forklift on working and there pedestrians appearing at its near environment distance to avoid the collision accident happening.

at level 1, AI camera detected pedestrians, it gets alert alarm.
at level 2, when pedestrains keep going forward to forklift, it starts speed slow.
at level 3, when pedestrains still going forwarder to forklift, it gets auto-brake.

Forklift Safety Monitor System

Has 3 sides millimeter-wave sensor light to detect in near area environment of forklift, when forklift detecting there pedestrians or moving objects getting in this sensor light area,it will get alert alarm to remind forklift drivers and pedestrians to stay away from the dangerous area of the forklift.

Forklift Blind-Corner Alarming System

Is for when forklift getting closed to the visual blind corner area, it will get voice alert alarm by speaker to reminder the forklift driver and pedestrians to avoid accident.

Forklift Face Start System

Is for appointed drivers to start the forklift , combined with the binocular infrared camera program, equipped with self-developed bionic binocular 3D face recognition algorithms, to achieve the forklift and other special equipment face start-up control, to achieve the special person and special vehicle, illegal personnel can not drive the forklift, to reduce the occurrence of accidents caused by unlicensed driving.

Forklift Fingerprint Start System

Ordinary mechanical lock keys can be arbitrarily copied, fingerprint locks have the uniqueness, can not be arbitrarily copied and do not have to carry a mechanical key, but also for the enterprise plant to create a safe and worry-free driving environment.

Forklift Card Start System

Is for authorized IC card driver to drive the forklift, without the authorized IC card then any other pedestrians cant start and drive the forklift.

Forklift Display Screen Speed Limit System

Forklift Seat-belt Alarming System

Is for the driver to start a forklift with a safety seat -belt, if the driver to start a forklift without fasten the seat-belt up,then the forklift can be started.
